Four Jacksonville natives with one dream: bring the authentic taste of Naples to the First Coast. Since 2014, we've been crafting pizza Napoletana with imported 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes from volcanic soil near Mount Vesuvius, and bufala mozzarella from Campania.

No microwaves. No heat warmers. No shortcuts. Just 900° Italian brick ovens — made by Stefano Ferrara in Naples — cooking your pizza in 90 seconds flat. That's what Veloce means.
